Kids Potluck/cooking challenge

This Thursday the H2 Grow 4-H Club held a mini cook off! The members were split into three groups and battled for the win. Group A prepared spinach quesadillas, group B prepared bok choi noodle crisp, and group C prepared broccoli and cauliflower. All of the teams did wonderful and everyone won! All of these recipes can be found in the Learn Grow Eat Go curriculum we are learning from.
